Taking good care of your scalp is key to reducing hair fall. Here are some things you can do at home every week or once a month to improve hair strength and health.


1. Hair Oil Scalp Massage 

Massaging your scalp with oils like coconut oil, argan oil, peppermint oil, and castor  oil can help reduce hair fall and promote hair growth. Using coconut oil and scalp massage greatly reduced her hair loss and made her hair feel thicker. Gently massage your scalp in a circular motion for 20 minutes at least twice a week.


2. Use a Gentle Shampoo

For deep conditioning, mis honey and milk, apply to your hair, and leave for 20 minutes before washing off.


4. Gently Dry with  a Towel



After washing your hair, wrap it in a soft towel to soak up excess water. Avoid rubbing your hair to dry it. Use a scrunching motion to gently dry your hair without damaging it. If you're in a hurry, use a hair dryer on a moderate heat setting, but frequent use.


5. Use a Wooden Comb

After your hair  is dry, use a wooden wide-toothed comb to gently detangle any tangles and prevent hair fall due to static electricity that is common in plastic combs. Avoid excessive styling and heat treatments. Over - processing and using harsh chemicals for straightening, perming, coloring . and bleaching can make hair dry and brittle, weakening the follicles. Use natural methods like rollers for curling and herbal colors like henna for coloring.

9. Protein 

Your hair is made of keratin, a type of protein. Eat protein-rich foods like lentils, soybeans, beans seeds, nuts to protect and strengthen your hair.

10. Vitamin C

vitamin c is a strong antioxidant that helps reduce hair fall caused by toxins. Eat foods rich in vitamin C like indian gooseberry (amla), oranges, sweet lime, lime and strawberries to improve hair strength , shine, softness, and thickness.
